The company plans to become a premier provider and financier in the Entertainment Industry by producing and selling motion picture films, specialty DVD sets of classic films and TV series from its Hollywood Classic library GlobalClassicMovies.com and development of the "America First" webportal. The company intends to retain a majority of the rights to projects developed.

Structure

GBHL, the Parent Company, generates revenues through its subsidiary operations. U.S. film production operations are handled through Global Universal Film Group (GUFG), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Canadian film production operations were previously handled by Global Universal Pictures (GUP), a 30% owned affiliate of the company, and Global Universal Entertainment (GUE) which managed sales and distribution for Canadian produced content.
